The salary for this role is $100,000 to $110,000 per year DOE.

We are hiring a Health Services Director to join the team!

• Supervises all healthcare personnel to include hiring, training, evaluating and counseling within established policies and procedures.
• Supervises medication room, the LPN, Nursing Assistant, Medication Assistant/CMA, and Health Services Associate.
• Plans, implements, supervises, and schedules nursing services.
• Provides intervention to respond to emergencies and problems.
• Maintains medical charting and required documentation under scope state regulatory guidelines for appropriate licensing and corporate policies.
• Assesses residents for change in level of care and coordinate billing for that level of care.
• Administers and coordinates medications of residents, serve as community's Registered Nurse, order medication and refills.
• Works closely with residents and families to develop & implement appropriate care plans.
• Assists residents in medical appointments and coordinate required transportation.
• Participates in rotation of on-call duty.
• On occasion, may supervise licensed nurses and nurse's aides.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Our Health Services Director:

What you need to succeed!:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of employment.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Nursing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care is preferred..
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a consulting role on a regional and facility level.
• Strong leadership and teaching skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Physical Requirements include:

• Lifts up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Carries up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Pushes and pulls up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Climbs, reaches, bends, and twists occasionally
• Talks and listens occasionally
• Sits 4 hours per day; stands and walks 4 hours per day (combined) - 8-hour day
