Responsibilities for bookkeeper

MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE AND AN ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND. CONSTRUCTION / WATER MITIGATION EXPERIENCE HELPFUL

• Enter, track and pay company accounts payable
• Enter and maintain cash receipts and disbursement journal and general ledger
• Prepare bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts
• Prepare the monthly and quarterly reports for different funding sources and Royaly Reporting
• Assist General Manager for the preparation of the audit work
• Assist General Manager in preparing the budget for the organization
• Work with Quickbooks Online / DASH / excel / Outlook and other proprietary software
• ***. Accounts Receivable. Responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from individuals or businesses that owe money.
• ***. Invoice customers for services rendered
• Weekly Payroll processing
• Weekly financial meeting

Qualifications for bookkeeper

• The ability to prioritize while adhering to strict deadlines
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online
• Maintaining yearly cash sheets (excel)
• Accounts payable / Receivable
• Attention to detail
• Organization is key
• Time management
• Positive, energetic and the ability to work as a team player
• Background check required
