*Family Law Associate Attorney* _Full-Time | South Pasadena, CA | In-Person_

*Job Overview: *The Buelna Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled *Family Law Associate Attorney* to join our legal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on a wide range of family law matters. You’ll be involved in drafting legal documents, managing discovery, preparing for hearings, and maintaining direct communication with clients.

*Compensation:* This position offers a *salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 annually*, depending on experience and qualifications.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues;
* Draft legal documents including: discovery, disclosures, pleadings, and Requests for Order;
* Attend and contribute to client meetings and communications;
* Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy and preparation;
* Assist in negotiations and case resolution efforts;
* Support preparation for hearings and other proceedings;
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

*Qualifications:*

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school;
* Active California Bar license;
* 3–6 years of experience in family law;
* Strong legal research and analytical skills;
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
* Proficiency in legal drafting and familiarity with Westlaw or similar tools;
* Ability to manage multiple cases independently and as part of a team;
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
* Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
