Political Fundraising Consultant Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Who Are We? RP Consulting, LLC is a women-owned full-service political consulting firm specializing in fundraising, federal and state election law compliance, bookkeeping, and political event planning. We raise funds for Democratic political campaigns throughout New Jersey, with a strong focus on South Jersey races. What You’ll Do Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and execute fundraising strategies and events. Conduct donor research and maintain accurate, up-to-date contact databases. Draft donor communications, call sheets, thank-you notes, and other fundraising materials. Manage donor outreach, including call time and follow-up, and ensure fundraising goals are met. Participate directly in fundraising efforts by making donor calls and supporting candidates during their outreach sessions. Assist with digital fundraising initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and online event promotion. Provide administrative and scheduling support for consultants and clients. Perform general office tasks such as checking post office boxes, making bank deposits, and delivering materials as needed (transportation required). What To Bring High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner. A team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and genuine interest in politics, campaigns, and public service. Comfort working in a small, fast-paced company environment. Nice to Haves Familiarity with NGP, ActBlue, or other fundraising software. Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools. Experience with email communication platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Listrak).
