OUR TEAM – A colorful group of gamers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and friends who love having fun and providing great experiences for our players. Applicants looking to join the Chambers family should be:

• Comfortable with public speaking
• Responsible and attentive to detail
• Tech-savvy (basic familiarity with computers)
• Able to work well under pressure and keep to schedules

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and making them feel super welcome!
• Safety and mission briefing the groups before games begin
• Running, operating, and monitoring the games
• Game Mastering - providing clues and guidance as needed
• Troubleshooting technical issues when they arise
• Maintaining game equipment and hardware
• Managing bookings and our back-end systems
• Customer Service - answering phone calls, updating bookings, assisting guests with any issues, inquiries, or requests
• Basic facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Ensuring full customer satisfaction and safety from beginning to end!

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Experience in technical support is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at date of hire.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule during after-business hours.
• Interests in gaming, video games, or escape rooms definitely a plus!
• Must be available to work the weekends!
