A growing casual Mexican restaurant company with five locations in the Northeast is seeking a General Manager for our Newark Delaware area location. Our brand is built on delivering great food and exceptional service at a great value. Were looking for a service-driven leader with energy, edge, and the ability to uphold high standards in food, service, and facilities management. The General Manager will oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards in food quality, service, and guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, strong financial management skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing, scheduling, and food quality control.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience and address feedback and complaints professionally.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, labor costs, and sales growth.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
