About the Role: As a Client Success Coach & Digital Marketer at Connection Inc., you will play a key role in building lasting relationships with clients and driving results through our proven marketing systems. We provide you with the clients, technology, systems, and processes—your role is to bring the energy, experience, and expertise to ensure success!

Our clients regularly see 100% growth in their mortgage businesses by implementing our marketing systems. You’ll have the opportunity to be a vital part of their journey by delivering CRM solutions and creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with clients to launch CRM workflows and marketing campaigns using the Go High Level platform.
• Deliver the program with precision, creating "wow" experiences that exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients on a daily basis to help them leverage digital marketing strategies that drive results.
• Support clients through a mix of coaching, digital marketing, and hands-on training to ensure they succeed in using our systems.
• Cultivate long-term relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll need to be patient with clients who may not be technically savvy and be excited to help them learn new technology. We’re looking for someone who is organized, passionate about digital marketing, and eager to help others succeed. A friendly and positive mindset will help you flourish in this role.

Required Skills and Experience: Our perfect candidate will have experience with:

• Go High Level CRM
• Slack (for team communication)
• Support ticket software (FreshDesk)
• Facebook & Instagram Groups
• Google Sheets, Docs, & Calendar
• Zapier
• ChatGPT (A.I. in general)
• Basic HTML
• Zoom (with a bright, quiet, and well-lit work environment)
• Digital Marketing (email marketing, online ads, opt-in pages, follow-up sequences)
• Image creation (using Canva or similar tools)
• Facebook group administration
