Job Description

Delta Unlimited Llc in El Paso, TX is looking for one grounds maintenance tech/litter control tech to join our 50 person strong team. We are located on 7300 Diana Dr.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. There is a possibility of other positions being available for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality work at scheduled accounts, includes blowing, trimming, weedeating, mowing, and general clean up of facilities.
• Inspecting accounts for dead or dying vegetation planted around facilities.
• Regularly reviewing visited accounts to ensure quality services are being maintained.
• Effective customer service and customer recovery.
• Regular equipment and apparatus maintenance.

Qualifications

• 18+
• Some experience with grounds keeping and maintenance.
• Driver license not required, but is recommended.
• Ability or knowledge to work with gas-powered equipment and ground maintenance tools.
• Must be willing to work outdoors (hot and cold environments)
• Knowledgable in operating a mobile phone.
• Should be able to enter schools, limited access facilities , and/or federal establishments.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license or identification card.
• Clean background (open to clarification)
• Must be available to work Full-Time (32 hours minimum with overtime available; Monday through Friday with some Saturdays).
• Willingness to learn, apply, and grow with the company.
• Must be able to lift at least 45-50 pounds without assistance.

Additional Considerations
