About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain and Logistics to join their team. This pivotal role involves streamlining operational processes, building and strengthening relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, and developing a clear and effective supply chain strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency and excellence in global manufacturing and distribution, with a focus on inventory planning and profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including NPD and marketing, is essential, as is the ability to advise on supply chain contracts and navigate import/export agreements. Applicants for the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics position at the company should have considerable experience in a global supply chain or logistical role within consumer goods or D2C brands. While experience in the hair and beauty industry is desired, it is not essential. The role requires a candidate who is highly organized, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading projects and presenting to cross-functional teams. A background as a Senior Manager or a minimum of one year as a Head Of in a similar capacity is necessary.
