• Operating- Excavators, rollers, trench compactors, jumping jacks, haul trucks, and skid steers
• Transports tools and other construction equipment to and from construction sites
• Performs routine maintenance, inspects and fuels vehicle and equipment prior to beginning shift
• May include jobs such as demolition, greasing, fueling, putting up silt fences and other manual labor tasks
• Unloads materials that are delivered such as pipes or tools and distributes them to appropriate location as identified by supervisor, project plans, or specifications
• Cleans and prepares specific areas of jobsite as assigned, this may include shoveling, cleaning up rubble debris, and trash
• Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools
• Directs traffic near, in, or around work zones
