Heavy equipment/travel crane operator at Ameri-Force summary:

The Heavy Equipment/Travel Crane Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery such as cranes and bulldozers to transfer loads at construction sites. Key duties include inspecting and maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and coordinating with ground personnel. This role requires US citizenship, the ability to work weekends, and offers competitive pay and benefits through Ameri-Force.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment: Drive or control heavy equipment, such as cranes, hoists, and bulldozers 
• Move loads: Transfer loads to construction sites, and position them safely 
• Inspect equipment: Check equipment before and after use to ensure it's in good working order 
• Maintain equipment: Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs to machines 
• Follow safety guidelines: Follow safety guidelines and protocols, and ensure loads are safely attached and within the lifting limits 
• Coordinate with others: Coordinate with ground operators and interpret hand and verbal signals 
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be US Citizens

Pay: $18.00 -$ 20.00 per hour
