A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE
As a Hotel Front Desk Representative, you are the face of hospitality! With a warm smile, you greet each guest and assist with check-in or check-out. You enthusiastically register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Keeping our guests comfortable and happy is your top priority.
You keep the front desk area clean and presentable. As needed, you provide positive resolutions to guest concerns. You're always willing to take the initiative to resolve issues quickly. You love meeting new people and get great satisfaction from doing your part to ensure smiles all around!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOTEL FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE
No experience is required for this entry-level position - we will train the right person! Are you respectful, professional, and patient? Can you show hospitality to all guests? Do you work well as part of a team? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This full- or part-time position typically works from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 3 - 5 days a week. This could be a great fit for students!
