General Manager – Confidential Hospitality Leadership Role

Naples, Florida

$90,000–$100,000 + Full Benefits

What You Bring

 

• General Manager experience in full-service or select-service hotels
• A track record of improving performance in measurable ways—guest satisfaction, revenue, team retention
• Leadership that blends presence on the floor with strategic oversight
• Comfort operating with autonomy in an entrepreneurial setting
• Strong business instincts: P&L management, labor control, service standards, and team development
