You will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas Perform laundry duties as needed Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms Deliver exceptional customer service to guests Assist guests with requests and questions promptly and professionally Report any damages or necessary repairs to management Manage lost and found items according to hotel policy Qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Education: High school diploma or GED preferred Skills and Behaviors: Strong team player with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to perform tasks accurately Dedicated and reliable with a strong sense of integrity Self-motivated and capable of working independently Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Motivated to make a positive impact and contribute to the hotel's success What We're Looking For: We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and take pride in their work.
