Job Description The HR Onboarding Specialist position will:
Coordinate the new hire onboarding process
Assist users with onboarding interface
Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their new hires
Ensure new hires are ready to go by their first day with paperwork and tools they need (like Time & Attendance)
Support the HR Department with special projects
Provide ideas and creativity to improve processes and projects
Requirements An ideal candidate would have:
Education, experience OR a strong interest in Human Resources
Work Experience with helping customers
Ability to manage time and multiple projects
Experience with user interface and ability to help others with technology
