Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated HVAC Sales & Service Coordinator to join their client's esteemed team in California. This position is crucial to driving sales for HVAC products and services, ensuring exceptional customer support, and delivering technical expertise across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Process chiller and parts sales orders, prepare quotes, and handle packing, shipping, tracking, and receipts.
  • Monitor and track parts & glycol sales, reconcile parts stored at subcontractors, and solve discrepancies.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote products.
  • Manage chiller inventory in third-party warehouses and conduct inventory counts under instruction from the accounting team.
  • Support the service team with PM scheduling, conduct customer surveys, and provide post-service feedback to service managers.
  • Assist the service team with spare parts for EM needs.
  • Coordinate subcontractor training and certification processes under the guidance of the service account manager.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling effectively to generate leads.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales processes is a plus.
  • Business development experience is beneficial but not required.

Monday - Friday

Benefits

Competitive pay with a minimum of $26.00 and a maximum of $29.00 per hour. The position involves around 0% travel time.
