Mortgage Loan Processor – Government Loans
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $50,000–$55,000l
Schedule: Full-time | In-office for 30 days, then hybrid (1–2 days in office weekly)

We’re hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor with strong experience in FHA and VA loans to join a growing team in Phoenix. This is a full-time position with long-term stability and a collaborative work environment.

Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll process a high volume of government loan files, working closely with borrowers, escrow officers, and internal team members. We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of FHA and VA guidelines who can manage files independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process FHA and VA loan files from start to finish

• Gather and review borrower documentation

• Submit complete and accurate files to underwriting

• Ensure compliance with all applicable loan guidelines and timelines

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recent mortgage processing experience

• Strong working knowledge of FHA and VA loan programs

• Broker background preferred

• Will consider mortgage bankers with strong qualifications

• Bank processors will not be considered

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Schedule & Work Environment:

• In-office in Phoenix, AZ for the first 60 days (training period)

• Hybrid schedule after onboarding: 1–2 days per week in office

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $50,000–$55,000
