We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to join our team and assist in crafting personalized chandelier solutions that elevate our clients interiors.
Job Brief:
We are looking for a creative Interior Design Assistant to support the design and creation of custom chandeliers using our exclusive collections of hand-blown glass and Murano glass. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, guiding them through the process of selecting and configuring the perfect chandelier that suits their space. From understanding the unique lighting needs of each client to producing design sketches, drawings, and 3D models, youll play a key role in bringing these bespoke lighting pieces to life.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong eye for design and a passion for working with high-quality, artisanal materials to contribute to the creation of truly exceptional lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Work directly with clients to understand their space, lighting needs, and aesthetic preferences, helping them select and configure the ideal chandelier using our hand-blown and Murano glass collections.
- Custom Design Configuration: Assist in configuring the perfect chandelier size, shape, and glass composition to ensure that the piece fits harmoniously within the clients space and meets their functional lighting needs.
- Technical Drawings & 3D Models: Produce detailed design drawings, sketches, and 3D models to visually communicate chandelier concepts and configurations to clients and our production team.
- Collaboration with Designers: Work closely with lead designers to refine and finalize custom chandelier designs, ensuring that each piece is both visually stunning and perfectly tailored to the clients specifications.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring timely production of custom lighting pieces.
- Client Drawings & 3D: Prepare design specifications, and renderings to present to clients, assisting them in making confident decisions about their bespoke chandelier designs.
- Administrative Support: Assist with project documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Interior Design Assistant or in a similar design support role, preferably with a focus on lighting or bespoke furniture design.
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools to produce drawings, renderings, and 3D models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide clients through the design process and offer expert advice on lighting configurations.
- A keen eye for design details, with a strong understanding of how lighting and chandeliers can enhance and complement interior spaces.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for custom design and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Money Talk:
- Paid on a Bi-weekly basis by direct deposit through ADP.

- Starting Salary will be $17.00 Hour.
