OKO Group is currently developing several projects in Miami (Missoni Baia, Una, 830 Brickell, Aman Miami Beach) as well as Aman New York City. OKO Group looks to invest in Tier 1 markets within the United States as well as abroad.

Summary:

As an intern with OKO Group you will have the unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the luxury real estate and commercial development sector. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will contribute to various projects and initiatives, gaining insight into the intricacies of property development, market analysis, and client relations within the high-end segment of the industry.

Essential Functions / Tasks:

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on trends, demographics, and market dynamics pertinent to luxury real estate and commercial development projects.
  • Property Analysis: Assist in evaluating potential properties for acquisition or development, including conducting property inspections, assessing feasibility, and analyzing financial projections.
  • Project Support: Provide support to project managers and development teams by assisting in project coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional strategies aimed at showcasing the unique features and value propositions of our properties.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as property showcases, networking functions, and client meetings, to enhance brand visibility and foster meaningful connections within the industry.
  • Collaborative Projects: Participate in cross-functional initiatives and collaborative projects with other departments, gaining exposure to various aspects of the real estate development process.
  • Learning and Development: Proactively seek learning opportunities, attend training sessions, workshops, and industry events to enhance your knowledge and skills in luxury real estate and commercial development.

  • Real estate industry basics, market analysis, property development stages, finance fundamentals, regulatory environment, architecture and design principles, client relationship management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software and databases is preferred.
  • Passion for luxury real estate, architecture, and design, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and developments.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
