We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Planner to manage inventory flow and support product availability across our supply chain. This role requires strong Excel skills, data accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage inventory plans to support availability and business goals.
• Perform accurate data entry and updates across planning systems.
• Analyze inventory and forecast data using Excel tools like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ensure data accuracy and meet critical deadlines.
• Collaborate with other planners to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Support cross-system work between AFS and S/4 platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in planning, forecasting, or inventory roles.
• Strong Excel skills ( pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc. ).
• High attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain operations; AFS/S/4 knowledge is a plus.
• Excel certification and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
