About The Role

The Technical Account Manager ( TAM) is an Engineer which supports the installation and life cycle of Genedata Platforms at customer sites and in the cloud. The TAM is responsible for installing, maintaining, and updating Genedata Platforms and contributing to technical, quality, and process documentation. The TAM role is accountable for all the technical configuration of new systems for customer rollouts and on-going support and troubleshooting. This is a full DevOps role requiring someone with knowledge of the entire tech stack from Infrastructure to application in cloud environments

This position is part of the Operational IT team and will be working remotely to provide support for the Pacific (PST) time zone.

Occasional travel to Genedata offices is required.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Install and manage cloud installations of Genedata products for customers.
• Drive efficiency through cutting edge automation of Managed IT tasks across all Genedata applications.
• Deliver managed services to the highest level of security and professionalism.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• Deep Experience of AWS and cloud computing infrastructure combined with, full-stack support
• Experience of DevOps and ability to work in a cross regional team.
• Desirable: Experience of coding languages and tools: Javascript, Python, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform/Open Tofu, AWS AMIs, datadog monitoring
• Desirable: Experience of Ticketing systems (such as Jira service Management), understanding of ITIL processes in a managed support/DevOps setting
