Role Description
• This position will function as the product owner for the Enterprise Agile Tools and will be responsible to develop, execute and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap of integrated Agile tooling ecosystem.
• You will partner with Application Delivery pillars and provide Agile tool-related thought leadership, best practices, guidelines and implement solutions.
Required Skill Set
• Deep hands-on expertise with Atlassian products, specifically Jira Align, Jira and Confluence
• Ability to gather requirements, propose potential solutions, analyze impact, communicate with stakeholders, and implement toolset solutions.
• Installation, configuration, and system administration of Atlassian software, with particular emphasis on Data Center versions of Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Marketplace Jira plug-ins
• Demonstrated ability to develop & implement workflow, post functions, triggers, automated scripts, etc
• Ability to write JQL (Jira Query Language) to construct custom dashboards, reports, filters etc.
• Deep understanding and hands on experience with Atlassian rest APIs
• Exceptional engagement, facilitation, and communication skills, with experience collaborating with stakeholders at every level; Ability to present complex topics to mixed audiences
• Ability to problem-solve innovatively and creatively
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning
• Team player and strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skill Set
• Good years business process improvements
• Good years in multi-team Agile environment
• One or more Atlassian Certifications, or path toward certification
• Hands on knowledge on Marketplace Agile at Scale plug-ins
• Understanding of non-functional requirements for application scalability, availability, and security
• Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth tech environment
