Nationwide Inbound Inc. is looking for personable and energetic Customer Service Agents to join our ever-growing inbound call center. Customer Service Agents assist our clients, provide product/service information, fulfill customer needs, and try to resolve any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency.

This position is perfect for someone with effective communication skills and a customer service mindset who enjoys working independently.

Schedule:

• 16 hours per week
• Fridays & Saturdays
• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage substantial amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to callers and visitors.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure messages are delivered properly.
• Assist with basic administrative and computer-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and general systems navigation).
• Excellent phone and listening skills.
• Professional, friendly, and courteous communication style.
• Sales, customer service and/or call center experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
