Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using Java and/or JavaScript. Work closely with senior developers, product managers, and QA to understand project requirements and translate them into technical tasks. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior team members. Support in troubleshooting, testing, and debugging code to ensure application functionality and performance. Participate in code reviews , team discussions, and contribute ideas to improve processes and solutions. Learn and apply industry best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Stay curious and proactive in learning new tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to your role. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (final-year students nearing graduation are also welcome to apply). Fundamental programming knowledge in Java and/or JavaScript. Exposure to or coursework in web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Node.js) is a plus. Basic understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with version control tools , such as Git, is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills , eagerness to learn, and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Nice to Have (Not Required): Internships, school projects, or personal projects using Java or JavaScript. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
