Job Title: Lead Accounting Clerk

Type: Full-time

Job Position Description:

Oversee the process of generating and managing invoices related to the sale of materials within the company, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies, by leading a team of billing specialists and coordinating with other departments like sales to resolve any issues with material billing.

Job Responsibilities:

Process hired hauler payments.
Correct invoices.
Lead team of material clerks.
Process scale tickets including transfers & production tonnages.
Upload ticket information from computerized quarries
Manage product pricing and prepare quotes as directed by sales staff.
Assist customers with questions.

Job Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Hours & Compensation:

Monday – Friday
Approximately 40 hours/week
