What You'll Do: - Perform expert installations of windows, showers, mirrors, door hardware, and other glass products
- Read and interpret work orders to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Mentor Apprentice/Helper Technicians and support team success
- Use safe handling, loading/unloading, and prep work
- Keep job sites and vehicles clean and organized
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in glass installation, glazing, or a related trade
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- A positive, reliable team player
- Ability to lift and safely handle heavy glass and equipment (up to 100 lbs)
- Mechanical or construction aptitude - Ability to use tape measures, levels, drills, saws, glass-specific tools, etc.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain OSHA, Forklift, and other certifications as needed.

- Travel: Local daily travel to/from job sites (take home company vehicle provided for leads)
