- Pay rate up to $110K piece work (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and ensure tasks & schedules for estimated labor hours, complete service reports, following working orders outlined by supervisor, able to work independently or on a team-
- Installing Residential Heating & Air Conditioning equipment; Boilers & Hot Water Tanks, exhaust systems, Furnaces, RTU
- Installation of ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and/or gas piping
- Install for RTU's splits, mini-splits, duct fittings and duct required and wiring both indoor and outdoor equipment. Able to work independently or on a team
- Maintaining detailed inventory of equipment & resources
- Oversee an Apprentice Installer, ensure good customer service, and safety on site.
- Ensuring equipment is in compliance with standards & Safety Act
Requirements
- Low voltage Electrical wiring Schematics & blueprint reading
- Lift & move 70 lbs
- Have hand tools
- 3+ years Experience with equipment Installation, duct work, Sheet Metal, & piping (brazing, sweating the lines)
- Familiarity with sheet metal & able to perform equipment replacement
- Journeyman Installer welcomed but not required.
- Universal EPA - preferred not required
- Experience with installing RTUs, central built up AC systems
- Ability to lift & move 70 lbs and use hand tools
- Organized, detail oriented willing & able to learn new skills
- Clean Driving record
