Reporting to the Manager, Learning Experience Design, the Learning Experience Designer will create targeted learning experiences that provide our users with the information they need to implement, adopt, and optimize their use of our software – reducing customer effort and decreasing time to value. You are an out‑of‑the‑box thinker who is comfortable designing learning experiences across multiple delivery methods, including VILT, video, eLearning, in‑product guidance, workshops, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced instructional designer with a SaaS background, particularly designing training for external users. Your scope of work will focus on the production of content for our live training sessions and core on‑demand courses. Joining an established group of learning designers, this is an opportunity not just to build amazing content, but to have real ownership of key areas of our program as we expand and improve the enablement experiences we make for our customers. What you will be doing Collaborate closely with product, frontline staff, other designers, and teams across the org to identify how to enable customers more effectively Develop a keen understanding of learning needs throughout the customer journey and tailor deliverables to those roles and use cases Design and build enablement materials, which include but are not limited to live training, on‑Demand video and written content, on‑the‑job resources, and other dynamic or interactive experiences Working closely with our training delivery instructors to build content and ensure effective handover for new material Measure the success of your enablement initiatives through assessment, customer data, and other inputs Own and maintain a library of enablement materials on an ongoing basis as the product evolves What we’re looking for 3+ years experience working in Learning Experience Design or related field, strong preference for previous experience at a SaaS company in customer‑specific enablement Proven understanding of agile development, ability to test and iterate based on customer experience, especially in a fast‑paced environment with constantly changing priorities Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Thought Industries, Docebo, or similar) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate) Strong empathy and desire to understand customer needs and goals. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
