Overview The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences that support store training content across the system while helping manage and promote our Learning Management System. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop blended learning content, including scalable curriculums, videos, job aids, assessment tools, and facilitator guides, all while applying adult learning best practices. The ideal candidate combines creative instructional design skills with technical expertise and is passionate about delivering best-in-class learning in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze training needs and define objectives Design training content for both online and print materials Lead short in-house video production including scripting, directing, narration, and editing Incorporate trends into learning such as microlearning and AI or AI-assisted tools Plan, execute, and evaluate complex projects and timelines Design appropriate interactivity and learner engagement Work with Subject Matter Experts to verify content accuracy Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Adapt to changes in project scope, timelines, and priorities Oversee LMS administration, reporting, and analytics Responsibilities Proven ability to take initiative, manage projects, and drive completion Strong instructional design skills including organizing content, defining learning objectives, and developing coherent materials Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form with confident presentation ability Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadline pressure Comfort working independently with minimal supervision Technical aptitude with authoring and development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Storyline, and InDesign, with knowledgeable computer skills including Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with LMS administration, reporting, and learning analytics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or equivalent experience in franchise F&B system Minimum of five years supporting a corporate learning function At least three years in a content development or instructional design role with experience in a franchise or food and beverage environment preferred Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus What We Offer Join our team and enjoy an unusually fun work environment with an upbeat atmosphere and great team members.
