Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time legal assistant to support the firm. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, client interaction, drafting correspondence, updating and maintaining case management system, scanning mail, scheduling and maintaining calendars, and communication with various medical/lien holder providers. Computer skills are a must as the firm operates on a near paperless file basis with a case management system. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Ability to speak Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus but not required.
