Job Description Overview We’re hiring an experienced Machine Builder to assemble and wire custom agricultural and industrial machinery-such as conveyors, seed dryers, elevators, and material handling systems. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, and a working knowledge of machine design software.
Key Responsibilities - Assemble and wire mechanical systems, motors, and control panels from detailed blueprints
- Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams
- Install components such as drives, sensors, actuators, and PLC interfaces
- Work with engineering teams to review and refine mechanical/electrical designs
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in machine building or industrial equipment assembly
- Skilled in mechanical and electrical wiring, layout, and troubleshooting
- Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and 3D models
- Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor
- Welding, fabrication, or machining experience a plus
