About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Banker for its Corporate Banking division. The successful candidate will be a senior-level professional with over 15 years of experience, ideally a Senior Credit Officer, and will be responsible for assisting clients in various financial transactions, including raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions. The role involves understanding regional and emerging market trends, driving client planning, and ensuring that client solutions meet the company's risk and return standards. The Senior Banker will also be expected to have in-depth experience in treasury and corporate finance, including cash management, trade, vendor finance, and a range of other financial solutions. Applicants for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's or MBA degree preferred from a top program in economics, business, or financial engineering. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to balance internal management and external client time, a strong understanding of compliance issues and regulatory requirements, and the leadership skills necessary to create a collective agenda across multiple products. The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, clear and concise communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and lead the organizational response to future changes in the industry. The Senior Banker will work in close partnership with the Investment Banking team and other key stakeholders to ensure the prudent allocation of capital and to drive the execution of various financial transactions.
