About the Role

iFame Media is seeking a driven and client-focused Marketing Account Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong digital marketing chops, excellent client service instincts, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with our President and collaborate with a talented internal and external team to deliver measurable results for small to mid-sized brands.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic planning and execution for multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment
• Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and content production workflows
• Execute digital campaigns across SEO, paid ads, organic social, and email
• Monitor performance and report on campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Moz
• Maintain and update WordPress-based websites with marketing content
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery
• Act as an internal advocate for clients and clearly communicate project needs across teams
• Identify new opportunities to grow client relationships and improve retention
• Ensure all work aligns with client branding and quality standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role with direct client service responsibilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and timelines independently
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, organic social, and email marketing
• Working knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting
• Experience managing social content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with an energetic and self-starting mindset
• Ability to work across remote teams and communicate clearly via video, phone, and email

Tools You Should Know

• CMS platforms: WordPress (required), Shopify (a plus), Drupal (a plus)
• Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz
• Social media schedulers: Hootsuite, SmarterQueue, or HubSpot
• CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred but not required)
• Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus

Your Background

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, though relevant experience may substitute. We value proven skill and results over formal education alone.
