We’re growing and seeking a results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Guelph. This in-person role will focus on email campaign strategy, lead generation, and digital optimization to support business growth.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will manage and execute targeted email campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and digital marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment and measurable impact across vertical campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize segmented email campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Lead Generation: Use tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to track lead conversions, segment audiences, and improve conversion rates.
  • Campaign Development: Develop marketing strategies targeting specific verticals and buyer personas to increase engagement and ROI.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist with SEO, landing pages, and web content to support lead capture and email campaign success.
  • Social Media Content Coordination: Collaborate with content teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and leadership to align campaign messaging with business goals. Provide reports and insights on marketing performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing or lead generation role
  • Proven success in email marketing and vertical campaign execution
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and campaign tracking
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Valid G-class driver’s license (preferred)
  • Experience in telematics or technology sectors is an asset
