Description:

Responsible for user life cycle management , including user acquisition, conversion, promotion, and retention.\nDevelop growth strategies according to user needs to achieve user growth goals.\rStrongly data-driven: create work plans based on goals, monitor ROI, gain insights from data, and quickly update strategies until targets are reached.\nWork closely with R&D, BD, and other teams to build marketing plans and activities by industry gameplay, targeting C-end user growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above .\n5+ years of working experience in Internet C-end marketing or user growth, with clear understanding and strategic thinking for user growth.\rDeep understanding of indicator tracking and business data analysis, such as user acquisition and retention.\nPractical experience in performance advertising, KOL marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.\rFamiliarity with overseas social media operations is preferred, including but not limited to Twitter, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, and Reddit.\nKnowledge of blockchain and Web3 industry trends and platform operating models.\nSelf-driven, logical thinker, sensitive to data, with good communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems.\rExperience in related industries is preferred.\nBased in Shanghai.
