Essential Functions
Production - act as Production Assistant on larger shoots, and as camera operator (either primary or secondary) on smaller shoots.
Post-Production - act as Assistant Editor on larger projects (case studies, proposal videos, etc.), and as lead editor on smaller edits (social cuts, internal content, etc.)
Strong storytelling skills, creativity, and organization.
The ability and desire to learn and assist with all other aspects of production and pre-production.
Manage gear and infrastructure, sourcing stock footage and music, and managing the video server and digital asset management system.
Bring a marketing mind, an eye for persuasion, and a curiosity for making construction life look engaging on video.
Required Experience
Pursuing a college degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency with Adobe Premiere. Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. a plus
Excellent writing skills.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
Knowledge of camera systems and lighting and/or willingness to learn.
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn new technologies (e.g. social media, CRM).
Highly self-motivated individual that works well independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clarity and conviction.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
