Typical EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: - BS or BA Degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a public accounting firm is required; large international accounting firm is preferred.
- Strong global business perspective with understanding of a multinational organization with multiple business units is preferred

MOST IMPORTANT COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: - Passion for results and attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
- Capability to function as both a team member and team leader.
- Capability of operating in a fast-moving, ever changing environment and ability to make tough, difficult accounting and financial-related decisions.
- Ability to analyze and translate financial information and results into workable information for communication to operating management.
- Ability to conduct detailed business and financial analyses to identify potential problems, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions is necessary.
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS: - A working knowledge of US GAAP is expected.
- Proficiency in Planning & Analysis and accounting are expected.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to work independently yet manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High energy and able to handle conflict.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
