\nAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
\nWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
\nAt UW Health, you will have :
\nEducation:
\nMinimum –
\nIf Nurse Practitioner:
\nMaster’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
\nIf Physician Assistant:
\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
\nLicenses and Certifications:
\nMinimum -
\nIf Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Adult; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, Adult/Gerontology Acute Care.
\nIf Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.
\nAll Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire AND CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
