All for Kids Home Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric Home-Health Occupational Therapist to join our team! Great incentives, competitive pay, and individualized attention to employees and patient families.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide treatment and intervention for children who have problems with neuromotor development.

• Provide treatment to promote strength, range of motion, and motor skills to navigate through their natural environments and play as independently as possible.

• Create patient centered goals to promote reaching developmental milestones.

• Create a family-centered plan of care, including caregiver goals and concerns, and provide education to patient and family regarding aspects of the plan of care.

• Evaluation for the need of orthotic devices and adaptive equipment and facilitate obtaining needed equipment.

• Continuously evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.

• Record and document patient care services.

• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado
• Previous experience in pediatric home health therapy preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
