Job Title: Of Counsel Family Law Attorney Job Overview: A well-regarded law firm in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a highly experienced Family Law Attorney to serve in an Of Counsel capacity. This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to independently manage family law cases while mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals. Ideal candidates will bring deep litigation expertise, a proactive mindset, and a client-focused approach. A Virginia law license is required, with admission in DC and/or Maryland considered advantageous.
