Job Description
Large Management Company in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking an Office Assistant Full-Time to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
· Draft correspondences and other formal documents
· Plan and schedule appointments
· Greet and assist onsite guests
· Answer Several inbound telephone calls
· Develop and implement organized filing systems
· Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in Office Management administration or other related fields
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Knowledge of word and excel
· Can work as a team or independently
