WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, your key responsibilities include various office service functions. As the first point of contact for the organization, a warm, positive, and cheerful disposition is essential, which also plays a crucial role in collaborating effectively with all PEER employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Customer Invoicing

· Vendor Accounts Payable entry

· Vendor inventory receipt entry and tracking

· Inside Commission calculation

· Website image management

· Receptionist for visitors

· Office supply management

· General office services

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred but not required

Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

ERP System experience – Oracle/NetSuite is a plus
