Responsibilities - Operate an overhead crane to supply the manufacturing line.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the crane.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines strictly.
- Pass a measuring tape test to ensure accuracy in handling materials.
Essential Skills - Previous experience operating an overhead crane.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with measuring tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in material handling, industrial production, and measuring tools.

Work Environment The work environment is a clean, well-lit manufacturing shop divided into departments: assembly, sub-assembly, fabrication, trim, and crating. Designated walking paths are provided in areas where forklifts operate. Safety is of utmost importance, with strict enforcement of safety rules and potential termination for violations. Employees must wear steel-toed boots, safety glasses, long pants, and shirts with sleeves.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
