Overview We’re looking for a Remote Director of Talent Acquisition to join our Advanced Illness Management Palliative Care team. This position will directly report to the SVP President of Palliative and is responsible forpartnering with various constituents to develop and drive talent acquisition solutions that support the Palliative Care Division’s goals and objectives. Even though this is a remote role, we prefer the candidate to live in the Eastern or Central time zone since this is where the majority of our locations reside. Utilize industry knowledge and recruitment best practices to create a talent acquisition strategy and enhance employment brand to ensure a solid candidate pipeline to meet company goals. Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement and transformation within the TA function. Partner with leadership to develop and drive strategic imperatives that enhance the TA function and reflect our Mission, Vision, and Values. Builds, evaluates, and analyzes TA processes and practices using data and facts to execute strategic initiatives, measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide informed insight to key stakeholders.
