Job Title: Part-Time Esthetician and Receptionist

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and personable individual to fill the dual role of Esthetician and Receptionist. This part-time position requires a professional who can seamlessly transition between providing top-notch esthetic services and managing front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, possess excellent customer service skills, and be adept at administrative tasks.​

Key Responsibilities:

Esthetician Duties:

• Perform a variety of skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures tailored to client needs.​
• Conduct client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens.​
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client treatment records.​
• Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.​
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to provide cutting-edge services.
• Strong team player a must!

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Handle client inquiries, provide information about services, promotions, and products.​
• Process payments, manage point-of-sale transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.​
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by tracking and ordering supplies as needed.​
• Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.​
• Strong team player.

Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado esthetician license.​
• Previous experience in a medical spa or similar setting preferred.​
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of esthetic treatments.​
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.​
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.​
• Professional appearance and demeanor.​
• Flexibility to work some saturday's and holidays as needed.​

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform treatments while standing for extended periods.​
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.​
• Manual dexterity and steady hand coordination.​
