Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
Be the "face" of the hotel! Create a great first impression as you greet and welcome guests upon arrival and allow them to leave with a smile as you wish them a fond farewell. The right candidate for this very important role will be friendly, outgoing, professional, have a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills. You should be able to delegate effectively, demonstrate initiative, take ownership of issues and have good problem resolution skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will be organized and self-motivated and must be able to work on own with little or no supervision. This position is part time and will act as the Manager on Duty during the overnight shift. Must be able to work weekends and have open availability. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working independently and desires an overnight shift. Weekend availability required.
Experience
Two to four years' experience in Front Office/Housekeeping/Guest Services, including at least two years Night Auditor experience preferred.
