Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process Full Cycle payrolls on different schedules (Biweekly, Weekly)
• Manages and maintains payroll system modules including Time and Attendance
• Implementing and enforcing payroll rules, procedures
• Manages the Payroll Tax Module in coordination with different states’ jurisdictions
• Managers Payroll inbox in Outlook and Payroll inbox
• Work collaboratively in Payroll related projects with other departments within the organization
• Work on Payroll-related projects independently without minimal supervision
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service experience to stakeholders within the organization
• Train and support all our stakeholders within the organization in the Payroll System
• Maintain the Payroll System to comply with states rules and regulations including wage mandates.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Good communication in English, fluency in English orally and written
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll in heavily hourly employee company, such as hospitality, retail, restaurant.
• Experience in supporting the processing of payroll of multi-state employers is required.
• Experience using HRIS systems, such as Paycom, ADP, Oracle, iSolved, UKG
• Previous experience with Paycom a plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in excel
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
