Paleo Pet Sitting is now hiring! We are seeking a pet sitter to join our team.  Our dog walking, in-home pet sitting, and concierge services are all provided with a first-class touch.

Schedule / Service Area:

• We have a variety of shifts available (weekday mornings/afternoons, weekday afternoons/evenings, weekends).
• The position normally runs 10-20 hours weekly, and when you first start, you will have a shorter schedule. Schedules may run 5-10 hours weekly in January, April, and September​​​​​.
• We strongly prefer a candidate with consistent availability. 
• Paleo Pet Sitting services Webster, Friendswood, Clear Lake, League City, Nassau Bay, Pasadena, Dickinson, Kemah, and other nearby communities. You will not be expected to work in all of those areas. 

Compensation:

$12 - $13 / hour 
$600 - $700 / monthly

(starts at $12, going to $13 after a probationary period is complete)

The responsibilities:

• Conduct Face-to-Face meetings with New Clients and their pets
• Acknowledge your daily schedule without fail
• Enjoy staying active outdoors with our client’s dogs. 
• Communicate respectfully with team members, managers, and clients
• Advocate for the health and well-being of the pets in your care
• Practice mindfulness in all interactions
• Handle interactions with dogs and cats in a fear-free and confident manner
• Provide peace of mind to our Pet Parent clients
• Take candid pet photos and tell their stories while providing stellar pet care services and fun, live text updates to clients.
• Actively refer new Pet Parents to the store and the service
• Participate in online pet nutrition training opportunities
• Participate in animal behavior and training opportunities
• Advocate for pet nutrition and well-being at any and every opportunity
• Share your experience working with Paleo Pet Sitting on our official Instagram!
• Travel to our store location at 15502 Galveston Road in Webster, TX, as needed.
