DOG CAMP in Driftwood, TX is looking for 1-2 dog groomers to join our 20-person facility team! We are searching for both part-time and full-time groomers for our busy grooming salon. While lots of grooms are larger Doodles, we also have many small breed grooms, as well.

We offer part-time and full-time commission-based options. Tables, dryers, shampoos, and supplies are provided.

> You will receive 60% commission on each groom as well as 100% of your tips (tips averaging around $200-$300/week). > We work with you in scheduling according to your days/times availability. > We ask that you take before-and-after photos and write notes in the dogs' report cards. > Our clientele is consistent and steady, and we don't tolerate rude clients. > We have a zero-drama policy, with everyone working as friends, maintaining a team mentality.

> Our interview process involves meeting with our groomers and management, then doing a working interview haircut.

Responsibilities

• *Breed-standard haircuts *Maintain cleanliness of equipment *Keep the groom room clean and deep cleaning it after each shift *Communicate with kennel staff to have dogs' suites cleaned, when applicable, while they're in the groom room. *Update owners to inform them when their dogs are ready for pick up. *Enter grooming notes in our software system. *Restock for the next day. *Attend staff meetings when applicable. *Add grooming charges to the software system to properly charge clients. *Take before and after pics for social media posts

Qualifications

• *At least 1 year experience grooming *Willingness to learn dog handling from shift leads *Strive to be force-free *Comfortable speaking to clients on the phone *Please provide your portfolio or a few before-and-after shots (especially with Doodles).
