Goldfish Medical Staffing is seeking an Experienced Physician Recruiter to join our growing team in our Plano office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians for healthcare organizations, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. As a Physician Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing highly qualified physicians while building lasting relationships with both healthcare clients and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Sourcing: Identify, attract, and recruit qualified physicians for healthcare organizations across various specialties.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure successful placements.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct thorough interviews, reference checks, and credential verifications to assess the qualifications of potential candidates.
• Negotiation: Assist in contract negotiations and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for both the candidate and the healthcare organization.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve both clients and candidates.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases, client records, and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physician recruitment, healthcare staffing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful physician placements in various specialties.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, physician qualifications, and credentialing requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
